Sysconfigure is a set of Perl scripts to enable fast (re)configuration of a machine.
Sysconfigure currently works from a substitution file and a set of template files on disk.
There are plans, however, to add SQL functionality to this, so this data can also be retrieved
from a network database.
The substitution file is colon sperated rows, defining template file, and value to be subsituted into the file.
Each template file contains the contents of the target file, with any variables replaced with [],[] etc. These double-square-bracketted numbers represent field numbers to substitute for from the substitution file.
You can download Sysconfigure from the Webfish Linux Sourceforge page which is located here.
